Synergy Retail Group was founded in 1997 with a primary focus on
national tenant representation and market research.
Its first client was Gateway Computers, which was then in the initial
stages of rolling out its Gateway Country store concept. Synergy helped
Gateway plan and implement a highly successful strategic plan for a 400-
store national rollout, with 40 stores opened in the first 10 months of
engagement. We also assisted Gateway in establishing an in- house real
estate department.
Since then, Synergy has represented such clients as Muvico
Theaters, one of the premier megaplex theater operators in the
United States. Synergy has begun working with the original founder
of Muvico Theaters in the national rollout of Ipic Entertainment, a
revolutionary entertainment concept.
