DAN MORIARTY joined Synergy Retail Group in 2005 and came aboard with an extensive background in commercial retail leasing, management and development.
Prior to joining us Dan spent 14 years with Turnberry Associates developing and leasing power strip centers and enclosed regional malls in Florida and Pennsylvania. This included the expansion, remerchandising and redevelopment of existing centers as well as the development and disposition of outparcels and excess properties.
During this period Dan dealt extensively with both local and national retailers and has developed an in depth knowledge of the Florida Market.
Prior to this Dan worked with such national developers as May Centers Inc and Wilder Manley Inc, throughout the eastern US. Dan has over 25 years experience in retail commercial real estate in such diverse venues as Urban, Lifestyle/Entertainment and can use this knowledge and experience to help achieve our client’s real estate goals and objectives.
Dan is currently working with several restaurant concepts some of which are: Fuddruckers, Maoz Vegetarian and
several of the Raving Brands concepts.
