GREG WARD joined Synergy Retail Group in 2003 as a Retail Tenant Representation Specialist. His knowledge of the South Florida market has enabled him to provide insight and market research to his clients who include Kiddie Academy
and Express Car Wash. Additionally, Greg is a Synergy team member working on the Fidelity Investments account.
Greg also had an integral role in Synergy Retail Group’s exclusive assignment to roll out Washington Mutual from Miami to Daytona Beach providing market research and site identification in these challenging markets.
