JEREMY MATZA comes to Synergy Retail Group as a seasoned professional with experience in Tenant Representation, Retail, Office and Industrial Leasing & Sales in South Florida.
Jeremy has lived in South Florida for over 32 years and has a vast knowledge of the surrounding markets. Prior to joining Synergy, Jeremy was with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Boca Raton, Florida. There he completed more than 30 lease and sales transactions. Jeremy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has held his Florida Real Estate License since 2005.
Jeremy is currently working with several restaurant and retail concepts including: Pizza Fusion, Brooklyn Water Bagels, Nick Bimonte (Nick’s Italian Fishery), Miami Subs, Subway, Senor Frog’s, GHS Debt Solutions and Smart for Life.
